Lindsay Taylor, Ph.D., is the Senior Writer and Researcher and the lead keto diet educator for Primal Blueprint enterprises. She was the chief recipe developer for Mark Sisson’s New York Times bestseller The Keto Reset Diet and is the coauthor along with Sisson of The Keto Reset Instant Pot Cookbook and the forthcoming The Keto Reset Diet Cookbook. An ultrarunner and Ironman triathlete, Lindsay’s interest in the benefits of the primal lifestyle initially arose out of a desire to pursue her athletic goals in a healthy manner. Now as co-host of the Primal Endurance and Primal Blueprint podcasts, Lindsay teaches athletes and non-athletes how to fuel their sports and their lives with nutrient-dense, healthy, low-carb foods. She also brings her expertise as a social/personality psychologist to bear on topics related to goal setting and mindset matters.
